Your Complete Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fun88luck ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for or uses any service offered through the fun88luck website located at fun88luck.com. fun88luck provides an online casino and sports betting platform specifically designed for and directed at players in Pakistan.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. By creating a fun88luck account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using the platform, you enter into this agreement and are bound by all provisions contained herein. You also agree to comply with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the fun88luck website, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

fun88luck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

To be eligible to register for and use a fun88luck account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any business or organisation.
• You have not previously had a fun88luck account suspended or permanently closed due to violation of these Terms.
• You are not a registered problem gambler or subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with fun88luck or any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder that prevents you from legally engaging in gambling activity.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close associate of fun88luck or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

fun88luck reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any player at any time, including government-issued identity documents such as a Pakistan CNIC. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in temporary account suspension pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one fun88luck account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any secondary or duplicate accounts discovered by fun88luck will be closed immediately, and all balances within them may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and, where required, your CNIC number and address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in the forfeiture of your entire account balance.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: fun88luck is required to verify the identity of all players prior to authorising withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC. You may be required to submit additional documentation including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership depending on your account history and withdrawal amounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fun88luck login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you or an unauthorised third party — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to fun88luck prior to the relevant activity occurring. fun88luck will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

All fun88luck accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, account balances, bets, wins, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. fun88luck does not perform foreign currency conversion on player accounts.

fun88luck currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistan players: Raast instant bank transfer, Easypaisa mobile wallet, JazzCash mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and SadaPay digital wallet. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at fun88luck's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. fun88luck may, at its discretion, impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts based on responsible gaming considerations.

All funds deposited to your fun88luck account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted. fun88luck reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder and to request documentary proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used to fund the account, except in cases where fun88luck agrees in writing to an alternative method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of player funds.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Players who have not submitted and received approval for their CNIC verification will not be able to process withdrawals until this is completed. fun88luck aims to complete KYC review within 10 minutes during business hours and within 2 hours at all other times.

Standard withdrawal processing time at fun88luck is under 30 minutes for Raast, Easypaisa, and JazzCash withdrawals. Withdrawals to HBL, MCB, or UBL bank accounts may take up to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Jackpot winnings exceeding 1,000,000 PKR may require up to 24 hours for additional security verification before being processed.

fun88luck reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal request pending an account security review or verification of the legitimacy of the funds being withdrawn. fun88luck will notify the player of any such hold and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution. During any such review, the player's account remains accessible for gameplay unless the account has been suspended under Section 10 of these Terms.

Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 PKR. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to payment method limits and account tier restrictions, details of which are available in the Payment Information section of the fun88luck website.

fun88luck offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistan players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, VIP loyalty rewards, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Different games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Full contribution rates are published in the Bonus Terms page on the fun88luck website.
• Bonuses have a stated expiry period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from the account.
• fun88luck reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless fun88luck explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

All games available on the fun88luck platform — including casino games, live dealer games, slots, Jackpot Slots, Royal Fishing, Cockfighting, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live games, physical randomisation equipment under studio conditions. All non-live games are certified by eCOGRA, GLI, or iTech Labs on a quarterly basis.

Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are theoretical and represent expected long-term averages. Individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP and do not constitute any guarantee of winnings or minimum return for any particular player or session.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, fun88luck will investigate and resolve the matter using available server logs. In cases where a game round is voided due to a verified technical error, the stake placed on that round will be returned to the player's account. fun88luck's decision on malfunction disputes is final.

fun88luck is not liable for any loss of funds, game progress, or winnings resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or any other cause outside fun88luck's direct control. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when participating in live casino games or time-sensitive betting events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fun88luck platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manage accounts, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, live game, or sports betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit platform pricing inefficiencies at scale.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain winnings that would not have been generated under normal platform conditions.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or the fun88luck administrative systems without authorisation.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at fun88luck staff or other players via any communication channel.

fun88luck employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach of these provisions is established or reasonably suspected, fun88luck reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold or forfeit balances pending investigation, and permanently close the account upon completion of the review. fun88luck's findings and decisions regarding fair play violations are final and binding.

fun88luck provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Pakistan players, accessible at all times from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits apply immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum PKR loss amounts over defined time periods to control your spending at fun88luck.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of fun88luck regardless of ongoing activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your fun88luck account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your fun88luck account. Self-exclusions are irreversible for a minimum period of 5 years and are processed within 24 hours of request.

fun88luck's responsible gaming team monitors account activity for indicators of problem gambling. Players identified as displaying concerning behaviour may be contacted proactively with responsible gaming resources and may have their accounts subjected to enhanced deposit limit restrictions. fun88luck may refer players to the Responsible Gaming page for additional guidance and external support resources available in Pakistan.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your fun88luck account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any verified balance remaining will be returned to your registered Pakistan payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal terms and outstanding wagering requirement obligations on bonus funds.

fun88luck-Initiated Suspension or Closure: fun88luck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false identity information or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Breach of fair play provisions as set out in Section 8.
• Account holder identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Account holder identified as being subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction.

Where an account is closed by fun88luck due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. fun88luck will notify the account holder of the closure and the grounds for it, except where notification would compromise a legal or regulatory investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fun88luck's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the fun88luck platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their fun88luck account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fun88luck shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, emotional distress, or reputational harm, regardless of the legal theory under which such claim is brought and even if fun88luck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fun88luck does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside fun88luck's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. fun88luck is not liable for any loss resulting from such unavailability.

All content on the fun88luck platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, user interface elements, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of fun88luck or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fun88luck platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fun88luck platform without express prior written consent.

fun88luck collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a fun88luck account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fun88luck uses your personal data to operate your account, verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, deliver customer support, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. fun88luck does not sell your personal data to third parties. Limited data sharing may occur with certified payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required.

fun88luck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, fun88luck will notify registered Pakistan players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the fun88luck website, at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the fun88luck platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your fun88luck account before the effective date of the changes. The current version of these Terms is always available at fun88luck.com/terms-and-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall govern in the event of any conflict or ambiguity with any translated version. These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and fun88luck arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent dispute resolution authority applicable to online gaming operators serving the Pakistan market.
